We lost our dog Buddy suddenly and unexpectedly in between Christmas and New Year, I placed an order for a casket and paid for next day delivery. I sent an email to double check it would be posted to arrive on New Years Eve and within an hour I had a phone call to confirm delivery. I can’t explain what this meant to us as a family in such upsetting and difficult circumstances. Thank you so much for your excellent and caring customer service. The casket is perfect with a lovely large pillow inside, a safe and comfortable final resting place for my boy.

Beautiful product, well made , I orderd a large and just right for my Jack Russell and his burial keep safe.

A beautiful resting place for our beautiful girl. My only comments would be 1) perhaps considering re-naming the sizes to avoid mistakes in ordering, as a cocker spaniel is not a ‘large’ dog 2) it might be nice to line the lid in some way as my daughter was concerned at the thought of earth falling through? These are minor points - this is a lovely casket and although I hope I never have to, I would definitely order again
